  • Q. How can I make a purchase?
    A. Making a purchase on Kena Kai is simple and easy.

    Once you have chosen an item from the product page you can place the item in your cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button. From there you can decide either to purchase the item (CHECKOUT NOW) or to carry on shopping (CONTINUE SHOPPING).

    If you decide to continue with the purchase, you will then enter in your shipping and billing information and then click the CONTINUE button.

    When you click CONTINUE, you will be taken to the shipping and payment page. From here you choose your preferred shipping and enter your credit card information. Remember that all transactions at Kena Kai are performed on a secure server and are VeriSign secured. Your credit card information will be protected (encrypted) and processed through a Secure Payment System. Your credit card details are only visible to Kena Kai and to our Payment Processing Partner.

    By clicking then on CONTINUE, you will then advance to the Gift Card page, where you can redeem a gift card if you have one. If you do not have a gift card, simply click CONTINUE.

    You are now on the Order Confirmation page where you can double-check all of the information that you entered. After reviewing this, simply click on SUBMIT ORDER. Your order will then process and you will receive a confirmation when the order clears.
    Q. Why is my credit card not working?
    A. We accept all the major credit card brands; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The leading reason for cards not working is not "lack of funds", it is actually that the billing address that you have entered does not match the "billing address" for the card you are using. Please pay careful attention that this address is correct.

    If you card is still not working please try another card. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at 714.782.7984.
    Q. In what currency is the price indicated?
    A. Prices are always indicated in US Dollars. Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars and the invoice will be issued in this currency.
    Q. Can Kena Kai product be shipped internationally!
    A. Yes! We ship all our product out of our California studio and can ship anywhere in the world!
    Q. Do I have to pay duty, taxes or other fees on my order?
    A. Taxes, duties and other fees may be assessed on your order depending on the policy of the destination country. These policies vary widely from country to country and Kena Kai does not have any control over these policies. Kena Kai ships worldwide with UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service. The international courier for your order may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed. Please remember that this is not the delivery charge.
